Assaf Levitin Curriculum Vitae Several scholarships, amongst others from the Rotary Club Germany, the America Israel Cultural Fund, the University of the Saarland and the Israel Institute of Vocal Art, enabled the bass baritone to complete his musical education with Prof. Yaron Windmüller in Germany at the Hochschule des Saarlandes für Musik und Theater. In Israel, Assaf Levitin has been much in demand as a singer in concert performances and has toured in Northern America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. His versatility as a singer as well as his perfect pitch have made him an extremely popular singer in the field of contemporary music. He had guest appearances at the Expo 2000 in Hanover as well as at the Concert of Berlin Contemporary Opera with Aribert Reimann's "Entsorgt". During his two years as an ensemble member at "Habima - Israel National Theatre" as well as in the course of various operatic productions during his studies and in workshops, Assaf Levitin has been gathering stage experience. Most recently, he was involved in the production of "Jakob Lenz" at the Pfalztheater, Kaiserslautern. Daniela Schmid Curriculum Vitae During her studies she performed the title part in the opera "Amelia geht zum Ball" by Giancarlo Menotti in a production of Opernschule Saarbrücken. She sang concerts with works by Luciano Berio, Charles Ives, Luca Lombardi und Aribert Reimann which were recorded or broadcast live by the Saarländische Rundfunk. She has been appearing regularly in the prologue for the festival "Musik des 20. (21.) Jahrhunderts" of Saarländischer Rundfunk. In the context of the Expo 2000 in Hanover, she sang works by Maurice Ravel and Benjamin Britten in a concert as part of the project "Lied:Strahl"; a week of Lieder recitals in the German pavilion based on a concept by Yaron Windmüller and Axel Bauni. She also participated in the world premiére of the work "Á l'intèrieur de la vue - WeltinnenRaum eines Tones", a performance by Johannes S. Sistermanns in co-operation with the Netzwerk Musik Saar and the German Pavilion. Nathalie Senf Curriculum Vitae he participated in master classes held by Roger Vignoles, Leonard Hokanson, Graham Johnson, Sarah Walker and Mira Zakai. Nathalie Senf received a scholarship from the Wagner Society in 2003 and was one of the award-winners in the International Voice Competition of the Schloss Rheinsberg Chamber Opera in 2004. She was involved in the Festival of the Chamber Opera as 3. Knabe in Die Zauberflöte by Mozart. In productions of the University of Music Saar and of international summer schools she sang the following parts in its entirety or in excerpts: Ruggiero (Händel, Alcina), Anna (Weill, Die sieben Todsünden), Dorabella (Mozart, Così fan tutte), Cherubino (Mozart, Le nozze di Figaro), 2. Dame (Mozart, Zauberflöte), Cenerentola (Rossini), Nerone (Monteverdi, L'incoronatione di Poppea). Her concert repertoire includes works from the baroque period up to music of the 21 st century, amongst them compositions of Haydn, Mozart, Schubert, Schumann,Wagner, R. Manou Walesch Curriculum Vitae Musical Training Singing: She furthermore worked with Ms Mira Zakai, Ms Ingrid Bjoner, Ms Vera Rosza, Ms Hansen-Ritter und Mr. Camille Kerger. She took part in master classes held by Irwin Gage/Esther de Bros and Axel Bauni. Furthermore she was a member of the Vocal Ensemble of the Conservatory of the City of Ettelbrück (1992-1994) and participated in various productions staged by other singing groups and choirs (including productions conducted by Carlo Hommel, Augustin Kubizek, Karl Berg). Between 1996 and 1999, the singer was a member of the "Spielkreis für alte Musik" in Trier. Piano: Saxophone: Furthermore she was a member of the Wind Band of the Conservatory of the City of Luxembourg as well as of other Wind Bands, touring with concerts both at home and abroad.
